Sarah went up on stage, and actually sang her solo without nearly killing herself. Everyone clapped, but Terrence was clapping the loudest. She smiled at him, and then walked down the stairs to her seat.
"Alright, good job. Now, Jim, we need to work out the lighting here..."
Sarah didn't hear anything past that, because Terrence was whispering to her, "That was great-I can't wait until the show. I wonder when we'll work on the kiss at the end..." He looked at her to see how she would react. Sarah was startled at first, but then she smiled at him and whispered, "I hope it's soon."
