Hugo and Annabelle month 4

Annabelle stormed into the house. "Now who do you think you are?" Hugo got up. He stared at her, more like glared. "OH, ME!?" she nodded harshly. "YEAH YOU! UNLESS YOUR TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING!" hugo glared at her harder. "WELL I'M NOT THE ONE WHO RAN OFF WITH SOME SLUT OF A GUY TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, AND THEN COME BACK AND SAY 'OH BY THE WAY, I'M GETTING MARRIED' I MEAN, WAS THERE ANY THOUGHT PROCESS?" Annabelle was appaled at what he was saying. "WHAT DO YOU HAVE AGAINST SHAM ANYWAY?" Hugo's eyes got big and wild "DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT HE'S BEEN UP TO?" Annabelle shook her head. "WHAT ARE YOU TAKLING ABOUT?" he rolled his eyes. "OH NOTHING, JUST SOMTHING I SAW!" Annabelle didn't feel like listening. "WELL, I GUESS YOU DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO AUSTRIA AFTER ALL...." He stood there, finally shut up. "wh-wh-what? AUSTRIA? What are you talking about?" she crossed her arms. "We were going to have the wedding at mom's ranch, but OBVIOUSLY your not going to come!" She walked out and slammed the door. She was mad. Hugo just sat on the couch. Rozalyn was out, she had anouther court hearing with Dirk.

Leah knocked on the door of Hugos apartment.She saw Annabelle run down the stairs. She blinked and shock her head. "Hugo?! I really need to talk to you! HELLO?" She yelled.

Hugo really was irritated. The LAST thing in the world he needed was Leah. He opend the door. His eyes were blood shot at his shock and irritation. "yes Leah?" he stood there in the door, not really thinking about Leah, but what he had said to Annabelle. He sighed and actually looked at her. "what do you need?" he rubbed his eyes and tried to smile, as tired as he was. He knew he needed to Pick up Rozalyn from the court house soon, and she would be a mess, what with dirk trying to make her seem like an animal.

Leah shuffeld her feet. "I know this is kid f akward, but I wanted to give you my Wedding invite. I mean I would not just want you to find it in the mailbox, that would be awful. But, I can see your tierd so I can ah, just give it to you."

(ok, let's say he's REALLY happy right now, becouse he just found out his horse is alive)

Hugo smiled the widest smile imagineable. "I'm so tired, it hurts, but I'm also so HAPPY it hursts!" He laughed a cheery laugh. He smiled a goofy smile and crossed his legs in the door way. "C'mon on in.." he led her into the condo, still smiling ear to ear.

Leah was confused. "Um...ok, I could just give this to you and leave...but if you want me too stay...." She was'nt quite sure what had happened. She shrugged it off and walked in.

Hugo took it. "Oh, sorry, if you don't want to stay.." he smiled a happy, beautiful smile. Suddenly his phone rang. "Hold on.." he answerd it. "Ok....that's fine....I don't?....oh.....ok....thanks babe....I'll see you later...." he hung up and shook his head. "Roz doesn't need me to pick her up after all!" he laughed.

Leah smiled. "Um ok, thats good. So why you so happy?" She tried to chane the subject. Unless it was about Rozlyn. She sat down on the couch.

Hugo sat next to her. He laughed...again..."Is it that obvious? Well, we found Star!! He isn't dead after all....well, he's almost dead..I'm so sorry I was ever mad at you about that...I didn't mean any of it..." he smiled at her again.

Leah nodded. "Yeah, I'm sorry about that too. I mean I'm very happy that you found him." She crossed her hands. "I just wanted to applogize to you." She smiled.

(IDK if he should do it, it's not like him..but I'll have him go along with it, and like, do it back if you want :) )

Hugo nodded. "Again, I'm really sorry.." he kept staring at her.

ok then like make it happen, just make him so hsppy he doesnt think about it.

wait, you want HIM to do it, or HER, i need an answer to know what I'm gonna do!

Leah nodded. "I'm really sorry too. It just I guest didnt work out the way we thought it would." She smiled. "but yet i cant help but thinking about it...Thats what I came to talk about."

Leahs mind wandered over the few moments they had shared. She tarted to get up...but something stopped her dead in the tracks.

ok...but IDK how I'm gonna do it, so...here it goes...

Hugo smiled as he thought back to Star, which was all he was thinking of. Then suddenly (Ok, I know this is gonna suck..) he got up and was face to face with Leah. He stared into her eyes, then slowly inclined his head towards her's. He kissed her softly on the lips. (There, happy? I want all of you to know that Hugo is not like that, that this is just to be funny with Beck and Rozalyn)

Leah was shocked. This was SO not like him. She thought of Beck nd the Ring. Of rozlyn and....She drifted off ino kissing him. But how could she? Just as she decided to pull awayt they door opened. Beck walked in. She pulled away. "Oh god." She said. Beck just stared at her. "WHAT?!" He mumbled. Leah fumbled around with her perse. "I ah, got to go..."

Rozalyn came in, laughing and talking to Beck. She saw Hugo, just tears, that was all. She grabbed her coat around her and ran. She walked as fast as she could to the park. Hugo just dropped Leah. He stared after Rozalyn. He ran, totally shoving Beck out of the way. (He was pretty muscular) "ROZALYN! ROZALYN COME BACK!" he ran after her, trying to catch up (which wasn't very hard.) He felt terrible. She hurried from the park. She didn't want to see anything of him. She just ran off. She found a taxie. "just drive.." she saw Hugo running. She looked back at him, tears streaming from her eyes. "Take me to...wherever.." she couldn't believe it. She quickly brushed tears from her eyes. "I can't believe it...I just can't believe it..." Hugo slowed down from his run as he saw her drive off. He dropped his arms in defeat. He couldn't believe what he had done. Suddenly it started raining. His curly hair stuck to his face, as he just stood there in the middle of the street.

Beck stared at Leah in disbelife. "Is this why you came here? To make out with you ex? Leah....How could you?" Leah quiverd. "No beck I, I,...." "You, you WHAT!? What Leah was this all just a Lie? A scan, a coverup? So you could stay with Hugo!? HUH!" Leah compulsivly shock her head. He started to. "I just, how could you? Just brake my heart? Leah...is this the real you?" She gulped. "Beck you have to belife me, I didnt come here to kiss. I wanted to give them our invite. But then er, he leaned in and kissed me and I-" Beck interupted. "Was to much of a slut to say no?! God Leah, I just cant belife this. Really Just just..." Leah held his arm. "I dont have feelings for him. I KNOW that now. Beck please, dont leave me." He sighed. "Leah this is bed, real bad. You'd better find a place to sleep tonight." She nodded as Beck walked out and got in his car. He speed off. She looked up at the pouring sky. The pelting rain, the endless wind. She sighed. How could she? Blow it with him? For Hugo? She walked into the park and sat on a bench. She curled up in fetal position and cried. Someone through a paper on her. She didnt move. Just cried along to the singing of the rain.

Annabelle skidded to a halt, buring rubber. She slammed the door and locked it. "OO! Just wait till' i get my HANDS on him!" she sat on the couch, and not long after, heard a pitiful beating on the door. "LEAH! LEAH YOU CAN'T LOCK ME OUT OF MY OWN HOUSE!" Annabelle screamed through the door. "OH BUT I CAN!" you could almost hear his heart sink. He dropped to the floor. "I DON'T CARE IF YOU FLIPPIN STAY OUT THERE FOR THE NEXT WEEK, YOU AREN'T GETTING BACK IN HERE IF I HAD TO BET MY LIFE ON IT!" with that, she went to bed, leaving Hugo on the streets.

Lead laid on the bench all the pouring night. In the mourning it was freezing and she was soaked to the bone. The newspaper hd disolved al over her. She didnt care. She just laid there as it kept raining.

Hugo woke up suddenly. He was propped up against the old, crumbling brick wall of his apartment. Luckily, there was an overhang. He was wet, soar, and dirty. He was confused a moment, then remembered everything. He groaned and hit his head against the wall. He got up after a while and bangged on the door. He could smell Annabelle's cooking inside. "Annabelle..." she was humming. "Oh, did you hear that Rozalyn? I think there's a stray dog outside the door...he's such a tramp.." she went on humming and cooking. Hugo groaned, and got up. He was weary, and went to get lunch.

Hugo came slowly back to the apartment. He knocked on the door again. Annabelle opend the door slightly. "WHAT do you NEED!" he sighed and looked at her. "Jane.." Annabelle rolled her eyes. "Ok, but have her back by 5 tonight, I don't want my poor dogs to sleep on the streets, they might get sick and wet!" she laughed as she got Jane and handed him the leash. "Have at it.." he smiled sarcastically and left. Annabelle called to him. "Hate You!" He called back. "I love you to Annabelle..."
