Description: A large home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house has a spasous living room and a vast mabeled kitchen. The back wall also has an elagent 2 story glass window over looking a large pond. the lot is about an acore with dark emerwood trees suronding it.
Cost: $500,000
Small Esate
Description: a small house in an urban area of river stone heights with three bedrooms and two baths. a cute and good family house. fairley big back yard and two stories.
Cost: $250,000
Large Condo
Decription: A top story condo with a spasous balcony overlooking the beach. the condo has a full kitchen combined with the living room with a pull out sofa. Two bedroom one with a double bed and one with a king with a master bath too. apartment complex has a siwimming pool and putting green.
Cost: $1,000 a mounth
Small Condo
Description: a one bedroom condo with a small kitchen and living room. the condos are located above a local bar and shopping center. small courtyard and indoor pool in the complex.
Cost: $500 a mounth
Mansion
Description a three story house complete with a sun room, large space outside, spa in master bath one large game room, 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, lounge, 2 living rooms, bar/ kithen, outdoor pool (that turns into a foutain, and large pario/ screened in porch. located in a lushus grass area on the coast.
Cost $150,000
Trailer
Description: a large tralier fully equipet with a cover, roof (lol) and one double bed!
Cost: rent for $200 and buy for $500

| OH yeah!!!! people can be roomies! i forgot to put that in the announcment! Sorry!!!! and they each would have 50,000 to spend on what ever they want like funiture or something! so as a total they would have 100,000 to spend and each of them will be billed for half the cost of the room! | |
