Sarah walked down the road, feeling better than she ever had in her life. She had a mocha latte from the coffee shop down the street in one hand, her faux leather purse hanging on her shoulder, her cell phone in the other hand, and three inch heels on-not a good mix. She had, however, just landed a leading roll in the musical they were putting on down at the theater, and that was something. It wasn't a big production or anything, but so many famous actors had started their humble beginnings at the Riverstone Heights theater. She smiled at the thought, and lost track of the real world for just a second. This second, however, was just long enough for her to trip and fall on an innocent bystander. He was an old man with big glasses, and he completely collapsed under her weight. "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Sarah called to him, picking herself up quickly, grabbing her things, smoothing her skirt, and pushing her bug-eyed sunglasses up her nose. The man was staring at her evily. One more friend, down the drain thought Sarah. Her day wasn't turning out to be quite as good as she had hoped.
